Opening
Orders
The minimum opening order is 5 cases assorted and 2 cases on
reorders. Gifts Bowls and Gift Items must accompany minimum
case orders for delivery.

Terms
Orders are shipped prepaid by VISA, MASTERCARD, or AMERICAN
EXPRESS. A customer may apply for terms after they
have placed their first order, please call customer service to
receive a credit application. Please allow 2-3 weeks for
processing. Terms are not automatically granted. Terms
cannot be processed during the months of October, November
and December. Past due invoices are subject to a 1.5%
monthly finance charge. All returned checks due to
insufficient funds are outsourced to a third party
collection company. A fee will be applied at their
discretion. Without notice, Thats A Nice reserves the right
to revoke payment terms at any time, and reinstate prepaid
terms of VISA, MASTERCARD, or AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Shipping
Thats A Nice! ships F.O.B. Los
Angeles, CA. Credit or replacements will be issued for
damaged or missing goods reported within 48 hours of
receiving delivery. UPS reserves the right to inspect
damaged goods prior to issuing a claim; please hold damaged
goods for 48 hours. Please make note of any damages on the
bill of lading when receiving freight deliveries. Please
anticipate an increase in order-to-shipping time during
the holiday season. Pick up customers will be notified upon
order completion via phone or email. A signature is required
when picking up your order from our distribution center.
This will verify that you have received your order complete,
and there are no damages or discrepancies. Special freight, LTL programs are available, please call for details and
enrollment. Select Orders over 200 lbs are shipped via
preferred LTL freight carrier.

Sample Policy
One sample for each case purchased is
available at a reduced cost. Select items are not
available for sampling. Thats A Nice provides one free
sample jar per three cases of a particular item purchased
(where applicable). All samples are marked accordingly.
Sample requests must be specified with each order.
Restocking Fee
A 10% restocking fee will be
applied to any orders (including pickup orders) refused or
returned without prior authorization.
