3	tablespoons	thatsanice"bacio" Sicilian "kiss of garlic" spread
2	tablespoon	fresh or dried rosemary -- minced, crushed
1	tablespoon	extra virgin olive oil
1/4	teaspoon	black pepper
1/8	teaspoon	red pepper -- crushed
4	medium	zucchini

to prepare: -in a bowl combine thatsanice"bacio", rosemary, black pepper and red  pepper; set aside. -cut zucchini lengthwise into 1/2 inch slices. -place zucchini on a broiler pan coated with nonstick cooking spray. -spread "bacio" mixture on zucchini strips. -drizzle with a extra virgin olive oil. -broil 4 inches from the heat for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, or  until crisp-tender. -serve immediately.
