amount measure ingredient -- preparation method
1 large flank steak
2 unit hard boiled egg
1/3 cup seasoned Italian breadcrumbs
2 tablespoon parmesan cheese -- graded
1 jar thatsanice "sugo" or" sugo Boom"
3 10" kitchen strings
1 teaspoon ground pepper -- to taste
1/2 teaspoon salt -- to taste
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil 
to prepare:
-preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
-lay flank steak on cutting board, with very sharp knife, butterfly steak
 by  slicing it in half, open like a book, leaving 1 side still attached.
-sprinkle breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic, salt and pepper inside
 steak.
-close steak with other half.
-roll steak up so the grain is running the length of the roll (direction of
 the grain is important, since flank steak needs to be finely cut against
 the grain).
-tie securely in several places with kitchen string.
-sprinkle outside of roll with additional garlic, salt and pepper.
-in a large skillet, heat olive oil and sizzle steak roll until all  sides are
 brown.
-in a sauce pot, place steak roll in thats a nice! sugo or sugo Boom sauce
 and simmer about an 1/2 hour or until cooked.  you can add additional
 meats to sauce for flavor such as Italian sausage, meatballs or pork ribs.

-remove beef roll from sauce and slice about 1'' thick and serve with
 pasta.

 
serving ideas:
serve with Italian salad and your favorite red wine.
