amount measure ingredient -- preparation method
1 small green pepper --  sliced thin, remove seeds
1 small yellow or red pepper --  sliced thin, remove seeds 
1/3 cup olive oil
1 small onion -- sliced thin
2 cups fresh mushrooms (optional)
1 12 inch prebaked pizza crust
3/4 cup thatsanice! "sugo VEGGIE" Sicilian marinara sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese -- shredded 
1/4 cup parmesan cheese -- shredded
2 medium roma tomatoes -- sliced thin
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano 
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
to prepare:
-preheat oven 450 degrees F.
-in a skillet cook peppers, onions and mushrooms in olive oil.
-stir in dried oregano and garlic, cook until lightly browned.
-spread
thatsanice! "sugo VEGGIE" pasta sauce and mozzarella cheese
 over pizza crust.
-arrange pepper mixture and tomatoes over cheese.
-sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
-bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

 
serving ideas:
serve with Italian salad.  if you prefer a spicy taste, substitute thats a nice! sugo VEGGIE with sugo BOOM.
