1 package frozen chopped spinach -- thawed and squeezed dry
1 carton (16oz) ricotta cheese 
1 large egg
1/2 cup parmesan cheese -- grated
1 teaspoon garlic salt
8 large manicotti shells, cooked per package directions
1 jar (24.5oz) thatsanice! "sugo" silian marinara sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese -- shredded 
to prepare:
-preheat oven 350 degrees F.
-in a large mixing bowl, combine spinach, ricotta cheese, egg,
 parmesan cheese and garlic salt.
-spoon mixture into cooked manicotti shells, place in a 12x10 baking
 dish.
-pour thatsanice! "sugo" Sicilian marinara sauce over stuffed manicotti.
-sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
-bake, uncovered, in oven, 30 minutes or until heated through.

 
serving ideas:
serve with Italian salad, garlic bread and your favorite red wine. if you prefer a spicy taste, substitute thats a nice! sugo with sugo BOOM.
