1	bag	thatsanice "primi piatti" or your favorite pasta
1	cup	thats a nice "olivetta" sicilian olive mix
1/4	cup	extra virgin olive oil
4	tablespoons	parmesan cheese -- grated
4	teaspoon	granulated garlic
1/2	teaspoon	salt -- to taste
1/4	teaspoon	pepper -- to taste

to prepare: -prepare thats a nice "primi piatti" or you favorite pasta, according to  package instructions. -in large skillet add olive oil, garlic and thats a nice "olivetta", saute' until  hot. -drain pasta. -mix pasta and olive mixture in large pot. -add parmesan cheese, toss and serve. serving ideas: -first course to any meal.  add crushed red pepper for a spicy flavor.
