2	cloves	garlic -- minced
1/2	cup	dry white wine
1	small	white onion -- chopped

1	teaspoon	salt -- to taste
1/2	teaspoon	pepper -- to taste
to prepare: -use a large heavy pot to sauté' the onions and garlic in the margarine and olive oil. -add the chicken parts to pot and brown on all sides -add thatsanice "sugo" and dry white wine to pot -simmer for 30 minutes or until "sugo" juices flavor chicken -serve over thatsanice "primi piatti" or your favorite pasta serving ideas: top with grated parmesan cheese, add an italian salad and garlic bread to complete meal.
