Texas’ Central Market shouts "thats a nice!" and picks up entire line with corporate demo blitz

Los Angeles CA – thats a nice!® the hip award-winning all-natural gourmet line of southern italian foods, will now be available in Texas’ Central Market chain of gourmet stores. Distribution will be handled by TDC, Theiss Distributing Company, based out of Schertz, Texas. TDC is the exclusive gourmet distributor for the Central Market division of HEB Supermarkets. Central Market store locations include Austin, Dallas, Houston, Fort Worth, Plano and San Antonio.

The owners of the company, Joseph A LoBue and Anthony J Marciona, will be heading up a blitz corporate demo program at four of Central Market’s top stores in February. Introducing the product line to customers, the two Sicilian-Americans will personally demo products at the stores, cooking up an Italian feast of olive mix, garlic bread, olive mustard, soups, and pasta sauce.

The principals have been been greeting customers at select gourmet stores and introducing themselves directly, in what they refer to as corporate demos. It is the newest addition to thats a nice!’s current product offerings. Sales of thats a nice! products skyrocket during the demos with from 6 to 8 cases of product being sold in a few hours. Many customers purchase the whole line of products being demoed. Not just a demo, they create a small italian kitchen, enticing throngs of customers to the area with the rich aroma of garlic bread baking, pasta sauce cooking and soups simmering. Four products are usually sampled at each demo, making quite a showing and giving customers an education on the products. Recipes are handed out and customers love the personal touch of meeting the creators of the products in person. They are not just demo-ing products, they are selling, much to the delight of the retailers. Corporate demos are scheduled approximately 1-2 weekends a month at gourmet retail stores across the country.
