We carefully pack and ship products from our own quality-controlled fulfillment center in Los Angeles, CA.  Below are shipping options designed to ensure that your product arrives for your convenience.

Please note that our standard ground US shipping rates are automatically estimated based on the retail total dollar amount of merchandise ordered, so the more items ordered the better rate for your shipment. (See chart below for details)
 
There will be no shipping charges for all internet retail orders over $75.00 within the continental 48 US for standard ground shipping.  All product retail orders from the internet that correspond for free delivery, are shipped ground services.  Per your request we can also ship 3 Day Select Rush Delivery service with the listed additional charges added to the standard shipping charges.  Sorry, NO C.O.D. shipments or deliveries to Post Office Box Addresses.

Under normal conditions, all in-stock products are shipped 5 to 7 full business days following receipt of the order from our Los Angeles, California warehouse.  Specialty Gift Bowl products are usually shipped within 7 to 10 full business days within receipt of order.  Items ordered after Thursday 12:00 Noon PST, are not processed until the following Monday.  Please understand that, at times, delays may be necessary due  to availability, weather, or other conditions.  Note that items ordered together are not necessarily shipped in the same box.
