To enter, please provide the following information below.  Do you want to increase your chances of winning?  Each time you purchase anything from our thats a nice! online site, you will automatically receive an additional entry in addition to the one you originally completed for all purchases you make between now and the end of the contest period.  So buy early and buy often.

1. Winner will be selected by random drawing from all valid entries and will be notified by email shortly after the contest drawing date.  Winner must respond by email within 5 calendar days, providing a valid physical mailing address in the continental U.S.  If the Winner does not respond within 5 calendar days, his/her entry will be considered void.

2. Employees of thats a nice!/ Theory, Inc. and their immediate relatives are not eligible to win.

3. Winner agrees that, thats a nice! may use their name, likeness in promotional materials without further payment or consideration.  Your personal information that is entered on our web site is confidential and will not be accessed or shared with anyone outside our company without your approval. 

4. All entries are for the next drawing only.  Contestants must submit a new entry for any future contest.

5. No purchase is necessary to win. Contestants are limited to one free entry per drawing. In addition to the free entry, contestants will also automatically receive one additional entry for each valid internet order they place during the contest period.
